ich what treatment to use

I have been reading these forms for hours now and everyone is suggesting different treatments. I currently have my fish in the qt tank waiting for treatment to begin. I was going to attempt hyposalinity but now im thinking more along the lines of a copper treatment. I have 4 fish in the qt and none of which have any visible ich. I know I had it because I had a green clown goby who was covered in the white spots die and the other 4 fish had a few spots at most. but by the time I took them out of the tank, the ich left the fish. any suggestions?

Best treatment for ich is to keep the fish fed well and try and keep your hands out of the tank so ya don't stress them more.Since you already took the fish out you will need to go fishless for months and and quarantine everything you add to your tank after that in order to not get ich again.thats what people say anyway..imo ich is no big deal at all when my fish get ich I just keep them fed and try not to stress them and there fine.healthy fish fight off ich with ease, when you remove fish that have ich from the tank to treat it only stresses them more and that's what ya don't want to do.now you will get many opinions on this so I would just research deep and do what you think is best.imo ich is in all of our tanks but it really isn't anything to stress over because fish fight it off easily as long as there not stressed.
