Ich..?

Hey so there's this big white spot on my lemonpeel angelfish. At first I thought it was ich but it's pretty big and it sticks out. Also the area around it is sort of bulging out (swollen?) and the fish isn't eating anything.

Anyone know what this is?

No looks like a sore could be lympo but that usually is more common around the mouth and fin regions

well it's not just like a white spot on the fish, the pic is a little blurry. It actually almost looks like there's a small cut right down the middle of the "white spot" which why I'm thinking it's not ich.

If it is lymphocistis, what would be the best course of treatment?

or should I just post this in the Fish Disease Treatment category?
