I got a powder blue tang about 3 weeks ago and it came down with ich. now the entire tank has it. i cant use the copper treatment because i have invertebrated. i have a longnose hawk, few damesels, and a powder blue tang. i have tried medications and none have worked. can i do anything besides QT. if there is any

you would have to catch all the fish and put them n a quarantine tank with some copper for 30+ days. otherwise you can just leave them and let things sort themselves out.. the strong will survive. i have had outbreaks when i introduce new fish i collect and do not quarantine, it spreads to the fish i have originally and i will never do that again as most weak fish like butterflies die.

I would remove all the fish and QT with hyposalinity. As long as you go slow, it is much safer and gentler than copper.
