Ich ???

Well, I have a 150 gal with FOWLR & Corals. I have a sohal, sailfin, goby and a damsel left in the tank after I transported my achilles, atlantic blue, grey angel, blue eyed bristoltooth, and damsel to two separate hospital tanks. They are the ones that were mostly affected by the ich. They have been in the hospital tanks for about 3-4 weeks now, and their ich has been successfully treated. The ich in the 150 seems to have run its coarse. I am going to wait another 2 weeks to see if the ich reappears. The sohal, sailfin, blenny and damsel, show no signs of the ich. I actually dropped the salinity below the suggested amounts. My corals were affected by it, but since then, are now beginning to reimerge. Would anyone have any suggestions on if I should remove the 4 fish from the 150gal to H.T. before returning all fish in the next two weeks? Like I said, the does not seem to be anymore ich apparent and the fish and parameters are great!

From what I learned, ALL fish must be removed from your main tank regardless if you see the ich or not. If one fish was infiected, then most likely the others are as well.

You might not see the ich on the fish in your main tank, they maybe in your substrate.
Several stages of ich will not be visible to the naked eye.

How did you treat the fish in your HT?

Ok gotcha, I figured I had to, but I guess I wanted to skip the last 4... I used Copper safe and formalin. Worked like a charm. Also hyposalinity. All fish in HT are doing well since treatment. They really badly affected. I will remove my sohal, sailfin, blenny and damsel slowly. I don't want the hospital tanks to cycle to bad with them. I have set up 2 30gal HT. I worry, cause my sohal is a beast, and I don't want to stress him out in that small tank. he is about 5-6" now, sailfin is right behind him. I gotta bite the bullet.
