ICK Low salinity treatment question

What are the ramifications, if any, are their if the salinity drops below 1.009 say to 1.008 or raises to 1.010 for a 12 hour period due to evaporation?
I am refering to this happening during the 30+ days the fish are kept in low salinity to cure ICK.

I think thats pretty common and s/b no big deal .. if you have a refractometer and can measure salinity try and keep it between 12-14%.
