I have Ick in a 65G reef tank, what is the best reef safe ick treatment

Pull all of the fish out and put them in another tank and treat them. You will have to leave your main tank fishless for about six weeks before you can put your fish back in.
That is the best way to go about it without hurting your other reef inhabitants. You can get stuff that says they are reef safe like Kick Ich, but I have heard they don't work and if they do you have to follow the directions perfectly.

That is not an option for me as I do not have large enough quaranteen facilities

Is Waterlife Myxazin good for ick, the LFS claim it's reef safe and works very well.

There is no reef safe chemical cure that will work. People claim that Kick Ich has worked for them but the only two proven methods of curing ich is hyposalinity and copper in a QT tank.

I dont remember what brand I used but I took the fish out one by one and treated them in a bucket. Then I followed it up with freshwater dips every other day for a week and it was gone.

Freshwater dips can help but if anything, it's more stressful on the fish. That should be used as a last resort.

I have never had a problem doing freshwater dips now I do it on all my new fish.
