Glowing green eyes. Coming into a reddish color slowly. Green lip too. This was a saver, but looks like it's coming back. Any ideas?

I just got an Alien Eye frag and it got damaged because I left it next to a brain coral for two days. It lost some flesh but hasn't worsened in the last 24 hours. I have it mid-high under 2 * 250 watt MH. Any ideas on how to nurture it back to health?
