Condylactis passiflora is not a host anemone and though sometimes they do host clownfish in aquariums, they also have been known to eat them (although I suspect rarely).
As far as being reefsafe, in the wild the are found among reefs sometimes, however, they are known to wander frequently in aquariums and sting corals along the way. Therefore, I wouldn't label them completely reefsafe, though vendors might suggest they are (of course they are trying to sell you something).
