ID big white patch on rock

What is this big white patch on my rock??
When i got this rock the patch was very dead at least it looked that way. But after a few months it has little pores all over it..... is it a bad thing?

Also are the stuff in the red circles bad?

The top item and the blueish item are both sponges. The reddish thing you circled looks like coralline.
