Does indeed look like a Zoa/Paly...though the picture isn't the greatest for ID purposes. Doesn't look much like aiptasia, but those little buggers can be tricksy...I don't think it looks much like Majano, either.
I guess the real question is...what's it do when you poke at it, or has it moved? If it looks like a zoa polyp when closed, that's probly what it is. If it sucks itself down into the rock, it's probably a pest anemone.
