This is a coral I had in a previous tank that was sold and I'd like to find again. I never did get a solid ID on it so I hope you guys can help!
The best ID I could get on it was 'some kind of plating hydno'. Well, I'd like to get a frag or something again - I've seen a few pics of these on the reef sites floating around but can't find anyone who has some. If I could get a solid ID or if somebody has a frag I could get you would be a huge help! It was a great show piece in the last tank so I'd love to have it again!
Here's a pic after it grew around a power cord and up the back wall. Also, a close up of the polyps mostly retracted.
