ID Help Please- Pics

[Reggae Fish]

They are little black and white small tube like things...They extend tentacles...Some of the tentacles are very long...Any idea? Sorry the pics aren't better. I had some really good ones when the whites were on but didn't have my card in the camera

Spionid worms I think they're called. Mine are white. I have aragonite sand. If you're using dark sand that would account for the tube color. They're harmless.
