ID help please- small white blobs w noses?

I'm starting a trend - seems like I'm asking for if help left and right. That's what happens I guess after taking a break from the hobby for a few years.

Here is my request of the day...
I just noticed these small white/translucent blobs on the back of a couple rocks towards the back of my tank. I slightly moved some things during a water change and noticed these. They are blobs but have a distinct feature on the tip of each if you can zoom in. Sort of like a mouth??

Any ideas?

Pineapple sponges. Feel free to poke them, they don't sting. They indicate that your system is healthy, so they're good guys. You probably have a few other sponge species in there somewhere, too.
