Nope that pic was taken at a lfs. It came in as an extra during an import. Its still a juvi at only an couple of inches but seems a lot more active/out and about, than adult Ptereleotris i've seen.
I'm not aware they are nocturnal. This one seems to be out most of the time. The similar species as adults seem more shy but i think some of that is down to not completely settling or feeling secure as they feed well during the day.
