ID help please

It's red, seems to move slightly, and looks a bit luminescent. I think there are hints of black near the edges, and it does not look like a macro-algae.

I'd guess, since its on your ricordea that its part of it. But thats all I'd know, looks harmless, but I could be wrong.

Its a red macroalgae. At this point its probably too small for an id. I would call it desireable.
