I was given this from a freind and not quite sure what he siad it was unfortunatly he left overseas and i wont be able to talk to him for a while. Could someone help ID this so i can find some info about care? 
They sit into the stone. When the lights come on they come out. they look like a soft tube that has small tips to it.
