I just started up my 30 gallon nano about a week ago. And I saw this on one of the live rock I bought. This is the only one I can see. Looks kinda like aiptasia but I am kinda new to this and not sure. These are the best pics I could get. Can you tell me what this is? If its good or bad? And what to do about it? Looks like a baby aiptasia but can't really tell from the pic it's too blurry on my end

not aiptasia i have had those in my tank when new but they never make it not sure what it is

Looks more like Pseudocorynactis. (google it for pictures) I had some in my previous tank.

I searched around a bit back then, the consensus seamed to lean towards leaving them be... I know mine have spread a bit, but do tend to stay out of direct light....
