Found a couple of these growing on some new LR, really small, appears to have only two arms, what the heck is it?

thats not a pod thats a Chaetopterid worm. still harmless though.

Paintbug's right - it's a polychaete worm in the family Chaetopteridae. The two clues are the 2 feeding appendages (= palps) and the clear tube. It picks up particles off the ground or out of the water so essentially it's a cleaner.
