ID Help.

Noticed these guys recently and dont know what they are. I thought maybe aiptasia, but I posted this and some said no. Maybe hydroids? Any ideas?

With such a distant shot all I can say is that they do appear to be a hydroid of one sort or another.

Are hydroids dangerous to other inhabitants... If so how do I get rid of them... Is there anything that will eat them?

They usualy do have quite a potent sting and few other creatures can stand up to them, such as corals. I don't know of any creature that you can buy that will eat them and the only removal of them is by either scrubbing them off of the rock (outside of the tank and rinse) or smother them with a kalk paste, that I know of.
