Looking for some help IDing this hitchhiker. Not sure what it is? Should I take it out?

Looks like a stomatella snail, harmless.

Autocorrect? lol It actually looks to me like a polyclad flatworm eating a snail...the antennae are awfully short for a Stomatella, and the body awfully wide. If it's all one animal, it may be a Moon Snail. The single pic really doesn't show enough detail to be sure.
