I'm going to disagree and say it's a "tort" yes but more likely it's the Cali version. The O tort will not have the green inside the growth coralite that can be clearly seen in your photos. Could be something else. I'd stick to blue tort if you don't know it's origins.

Try an Acropora Valida. Acropora don't grow in California or Oregon.
