id needed pretty please.

hi guys and gals. i need an id on these 2 sps. this one... i believe is an Acropora millepora???

and this one. now this one has what i believe a barnacle in the middle of it and i think its preventing the polyps coming out.

any help/id/ advice would be great and how to get rid of the barnacle without dipping as i have no dips available. many thanks.
