ID Needed with these worms

Hi Guys
Just wondering if anyone had any idea what these worms are and if they are good/beneficial or bad. I have like hundreds of these things and they are in the filter cloth but mainly hide in the live rock. They only really come out once food is added to the tank.

Also they are not Bristle Stars in-case you get that impression.

Yep, bristleworms.
You may be overfeeding a bit if you have loads.
They're good for your CUC, but they'll sting if you brush against them. Don't touch and you're fine, that kind is basically an earthworm with caterpillar bristles.

And by the way- it's brittle stars. Bristle stars aren't a thing, as cool as that sounds.
