A better (closer) shot with the powerheads off would help. Majanos have more blunt/rounded tips. Could be aiptasia, but could be something like yellow polyps.
If they're majanos or aiptasia, they should be removed from the aquarium since they're pests (bad) and could spread throughout your tank making it more difficult to get rid of them. A better pic would help to definitely id them.
