Any ideas on what this is. Its like some hot pink bubble?

It's Cyanobacteria. It means you have a lot of nutrients in your tank.

It's common in newer tanks. Biological filter is still developing so fish waste isn't getting properly broken down. Try less feeding and do a couple of water changes. Oh and syphon that spot or any other spots like that out before it spreads.
