ID needed

Have lots of these guys growing, they are all pretty much this size too.
Is this and anem? or something else?
It doesn't do much so I'm assuming there's not much need for concern but I would like to know what it is.

It has a large pink base, then small "tentacles" that look to have "tips"

Ideas?
it's not a BTA is it?

i would say ball anemone. not a true anemone more of a corallimorph

Apparently they can be harmful, but it doesn't really seem like it would be more so than any other anem. in the tank.
