Voodoo Stag is my guess....

Can I get some confirmation on that? OR what it is?

well it is on an ORA plug and it kind of looks like the voodoo stag to me.

Thanks CM! That was a buddy of mines guess. I know it is ORA from the plug, like you said. Only thing is lfs didn't have an official name for it.

I always like ID'ing all my pieces, if possible.

it still looks brown(ORA has been sending them out that way)but i have seen 2 at my LFS that had green tips and a nice light blue base color,should be a sweet coral once its grown out.

It is a bit on the brown side, I agree, the place it was at is an OK lfs. I feel if left any longer in their tanks, it would have started downhill. This could also be why it has turned brown. It does have bright blue tips and a slight hint of green polyps at the encrusting base.

I have brought many SPS frags back from the depth with my tank. It should color up in a few weeks.

I'm excited indeed!
