It's hard to be certain from the picture, but they look like the white flatworms I had when I started my last tank. Never multiplied much and didn't last. Check this link:

U was actually reading one of greenbean's posts and he said if they aren;t the rust colored ones there is nothing to worry about. Maybe he will chime in.

FWIW they do look like flatworms though.

You need flat worm exit, carbon and a sixline wrasse.

A sixline, maybe, but only if you want a sixline wrasse. Carbon? Sure it is nice to use it, but what does it have to do with these harmless white flatworms?

They have a little color to them, they arent completely white.
