Id of something (not even sure what area it comes under!)

Pic below. Two IDs in one pic...

The sack attached to the snail and also the white swirly things on the pipes. These have just started appearing everywhere in the last week. We had a bad flatworm infestation so just want to make sure whatever they are, they won't hatch.

Those little white swirls are Spirorbid worms. (harmless) That white thing on the snails shell might be a sponge of some sort. (harmless as well)
