ID on green flatworms/snails/nudibranches

So when I woke up today and got back from church I looked at the front of my glass as I always do when I turn my light on and I found several of these tiny lime green critters on the front glass. I am not sure if they are nudibranchs, snails or flat worms. It's extremely difficult to get a photo of these guys

The closest thing online I can find that it looks like is
The Caulerpa slug. And I don't have any Caulerpa.

Maybe that's why you don't have any.:)

Seriously though, it's impossible to see from that photo unless you can get something more zoomed in. Generally things that hang out on the glass are interested in what's on the glass - film algae.
 
They are multiplying like crazy but I don't see them hurting anything, just grazing on algae
 
So during covid I made a lot of strange purchases one of which was a digital microscope. I finally got a good picture of one of these bastards. Anybody care to take a crack at this one?
