Id plant

Anyone know what this red plant is. It's started from a little piece and has grown fast. But not over running things. Did trim 2 times already. It's red and feel kind of like a sponge

Also what kind of coral is that

Can't really tell anything from that pic on the "plant" Is the coral a favia?

The algae could be anything. Try to get more whites in the pic. Is it spongy like cotton candy, or a harder mass like moss that grows in the forest?

Could be cyano or red turf algae but like they said above take a pic with more white lights on. Corals kinda hard to ID too, maybe trumpets?

Looking again maybe it is a favia.

its not like cyano or hair algae. its grows like a tree expanding frot he base, dosent spread like grass or moss

It looks like a species of caulerpa maybe?

2nd guess bryothamnion, sargassum, or ceramium

It seems to be growing fast but notto bad. Also my kole tang won't touch if

yea i took some out and put in in display and yellow tang tore it up...lol...must be ok

I have it in my chaeto don't know what it is
