After 10 months, I pulled out my little heater from my Pico 5 gallon and see these growing on my heater!! What the heck are these?

Oh I'm glad my water is good quality! It's my first reef tank. I know this Pico tank is way overstocked but I try to keep my water quality really good. Guess that comes from my experience at keeping discus which is my main tank.
