ID please? Nudibranch?

I apologize that the photo is so blurry - iPhone 5 + flashlight = not good.

I'm cycling my tank with cured LR that was put in the tank last Saturday and last night, this little guy crawled out of a crevice. He was bright lime green, about 5/8" long, and moved very slowly (it took a couple of minutes for him to crawl away from the light back into the crack). He may or may not have had some tiny black spots on his bumps/spikes (regularly placed, not random). Any ideas? I figure he will probably starve as there's not much of any kind of fodder in the tank right now. :(

I can only really see enough to tell that it's a nudibranch. Most of the green slugs are harmless, although there are a couple of greenish aeolids that can be problematic. You may have to get a better pic of him to get a confident answer.
