Seem to be a morph from the Blue Steels lol

I believe the blue steeles have the circle around the mouth compared to this morph which is fully filled circle but I could be wrong.

correct they are, just to only why they might be some kind of morph from it perhaps.

Yep you never know with these polyps. The same polyp in a colony could develop rings, stripes, spotting, blotching, morph in color etc while the rest stays the same. Heck they can even develop 2 rings sided by side. I just had one of my african do that.
