ID Please

Any ideas what this is? They are appearing in several places in my tank and I don't know if they are bad or not. It is almost aptasia like in terms of how bores into the riock and has tentacles, but the tentacles are nothing like an aptasia that I am aware of. They are difficult to describe but they do seem to come form a central point. Hopefully the picture helps.

Joe's Juice did not kill it (or even affect it at all). I stabbed the crap out of one of them and it didn't seem to come back (at least in the same spot).

I hate these common names, so imprecise.... According to the trade spagetti worms are terebellid polychaetes while hair worms are cirratulids but they get frequently get mis-used. This particular coloration - deep yellow with black spots - is found in cirratulids. The filaments act as combined respiratory & feeding appendages. They sweep over the rocks & sands picking small particles of food to feed and also absorb oxygen.
