i'm going to agree with peppermint. they eat aptasia.

Looks like a juvi, cuz its about as wide as my thumb width and the head and front claws are still grayish blue. guess i'll just throw him back in. thanks guys.

It's hard to tell in top-down shots, but this looks much more like an alpheid (pistol) shrimp than a peppermint to me. The shape of the tail and rostrum don't look right for a peppermint, but it's hard to see them clearly against the background.

Greenbean has a very good point as well as a hot avatar.

Look closely at the claws. If one is bigger than the other you have yourself a pistol shrimp.

Both are great hitchhikers in my opinion though.
