Looks like some kind of albino lobster.

It is about 2" long and was on some LR that I got.

Except for the size, it looks like a sand crab.

It's a mole crab of the Emerita genus. I'm pretty sure they are relatively safe filter feeders. Cool hitchhiker!

Intertidal critter. Not likely to survive long in your tank.
