ID Please

I'm not sure what it is but I did see one of those in my tank once. Do me a favor and let me know if you get an ID on it.
 
i dont know enough about them. but they are bristleworms first. when the male becomes mature he turns into an epitoke, and mates, making more bristleworms

It's scary looking, but not any more harmful than the bristleworm it came from. It is just the reproductive form.
