O.k., not a chance that I'm going to get a picture of these things, just too fast but I'll give the best description I can.
They are tiny, large enough to see but I would say 1/2 grain of rice size. They swim, and swim fast back and forth, not in a straight line. They hide in caves and holes in the live rock. When the flashlight hits them they try to hide as fast as possible and their eyes reflect the light, like a cat or something.
The only thing I could think of was baby clownfish. The only reason I'm saying that is I have a pair of clownfish that had been fanning or digging a pit in the corner of the tank over the past couple of weeks. The smaller clown also got really aggresive towards me, as in I put my hand in the tank he would bite me and keep attacking, when I put the net in there with the other hand to block him he would swim around it and get me..no fear. Over the past couple of days he's mellowed out quite a bit and now they let other fish in that corner. My doubts were I didn't think it would be easy to "breed" clowns in my tank to the point the eggs would hatch so I'm not remotley convinced that is what it would be....not to mention I didn't think their eyes would reflect. Now shrimps eyes will won't they?
