I have a buddy with a 54 gal corner tank. Lately these little guys has started to show up and wanted to know if he needs to get rid of them.

I forget the name but I know they are bad and could take over quickly. They will sting near by corals

Hard to tell from the pick but they look like they might be Aiptasia. Also known to some as rock anemone. For most they are considered a nuisance. Here is a link with a little more info.

Keep in mind there are multiple types of rock anemones. Some good some bad. This looks like a bad.

Wasn't sure if it was aiptasia. This anemone is not clear. But we he puts his royal blue LEDs on. The center has a nice green ring.
