I think this is a pink lemonade (which i think is supposed to be a. nasuta), can anyone confirm with these pictures?

If it's not, that's fine. I just hope it keeps the yellow, i've been looking for that color.

nice pink polyps
pink lemonade had long tenticles and has green growth tips
nasuta has more of a upturned coralite very distinct

Hmm, just noticed that two of the branches were fused about half way up. Not sure if that helps in figuring out what species it may be.

I do like those pink polyps. I haven't come across something like that locally before.

I cropped one of the shots as well.

Pink Lemonade is a yellow with pink polyp Acropora nasuta that originated from Steve Tyree. With little water flow and non-ideal lighting you will get something like the OPs frag.

Just to clarify i am guessing this to be A. nasuta, since it did not come with the Tyree lineage.

Sorry, the I think portion came from being told it was one when I picked it up from the store. They said a local reefer had just dropped it off.

Either way, it's going to be mounted on an outcropping about 6 inches away from the rest of the rock structure so it can grow any way it wants to grow.
