ID please

I hope this is the right forum...I thought there was an ID forum but I couldn't find it.

Also, I am using this stupid iMac from school and I don't know how to copy over a picture so I hope you don't mind clicking on the link.

If someone else can move the pictures on here for me that would be great.

There are 2 fish I would like better ID's on.

One is toward the bottom and says "flounder and shrimp" but that is not a flounder. Is it a tongue fish? It's much too elongated for a flounder.

The other is some sort of a cow fish (just below the picture the so-called flounder). I'd like to make sure I have the right ID's on these guys.

yes that is a flounder, and it is a longhorn cowfish..
