Can you guys help with id and tell me what will eat it?

Looks that way mate.
Get rid of its food and it will be less of an eye saw.
The only affective consumers are herbivore nudribranch with it.

Lettuce nudi? They're pretty awesome but would need to get rid of it once the algae subsides.

no water flow and create a dead zone for it... it will be gone in days

Again, incorrect. Invasive macroalgae doesn't magically die after a few days with no flow.
