ID please....

I definitely noticed some black spot (black ich?) on a few of my tang.. Which I am treating it with quickcure (formaline bath). But this fish im not sure... someone help id please....

A few day ago I also noticed a few white spot on the fins... thinking cryptocaryon??? can black ich and cryptocarryon at once?

The dark splotches in the first pic look like a bacterial infection to me. Although I am far from certain of this. However, I am certain fish can have multiple diseases all at once... including Crypto & Black Ich.
