I tried to look this up cia discription on google images but failed. This looks like an anemone but has a rockstructure growing from it. Almost like a clam shell..thanks for the help.
Ok thanks for the input. In further research I read that results varie from sand bed to live rock. Arguments are that the sand bed is full of debris and detrius. Its not good for the coral to imbedded in it. Also that in the wild they grow best on the coral reef. Not on the sand bed. Not arguing with anyone just stating what Ive come acrossed in reading other threads and google searching.
I will try the sandbed first since that seems to be most popular choice. Anyone keeping them on the live rock have any input?
