Think you better get on it, it looks like its starting to recede. Watch the coral when you feed it to see what its actually taking in - i.e. watch the individual polyps (use a macro lens to take a video if you need to) to see if its actually "eating" (ingesting the food).
Moderate flow - the food particles in the water column is what triggers the polyps to open up. I would target feed at least 6x a day.
There is a belief that hanging it upside down will reduce the energy used when it inflates itself for feeding.
