ID Please?

Hey Guys,

I've noticed these "ant" like things on the top of my glass, at the surface of the water and on my thermometer (below). Any thoughts as to what it is?

They look kind of like Isopods IMO.

Could be mysid or copods, but I could be absolutely wrong. They might be isopods, just I haven't seen a large population close together like this.

They could even be a mix of things.

Could be munnid isopods. The pic isn't clear enough.
