Found a bunch of new creatures in my 20g display refugium after adding live rock pool crude below a layer of live sand.

Looks like something is hitchhiking on the back of one of the red legged hermits...

This guy has been working his way around the glass...

The first one is a lepadid barnacle. Harmless filter feeder. Second is an acoel flatworm - not one of the bad guys.

The first one looks like a stomatella to me

I see why you might think that but what you're seeing is a stalked barnacle with 2 antennae out.

Hello. Does the thing on top of the red legged hermit move around or does it stay on the shell all the time?
