Is this a spaghetti leather?

Picture is very blurry, kinda hard to tell, but looks like a finger leather.

Some kind of Sinularia most likely, or maybe a Nephthea. Spagehtti Leather is just a trade name that refers to any soft, leathery coral with long thin branches.

Looks like sinularia to me. spaghetti leather being the common name.
