I've been wanting a mantis for awhile now and today I found one I couldn't resist. I usually don't buy w/o doing my homework but I couldn't pass on this little 2" mantis for $20.

This one is the smasher appendage. Are those gonapods below the smasher?

As you can see he is a cream colored and silverish-green body with pink appendages. He's 2" long and super cool! (so far)
I built him a castle in our refugium and he went right into it, found a snall snail carried it around for awhile then found the 'perfect spot' to leverage it in the rock and start smashing it. I named him Ali (float like a butterfly, sting like a bee).
